Account Alerts

​​​​​Stay informed and in control of your finances with alerts.

Would you like to receive an e-mail when a deposit is made to your account? Or get a text message when your account falls below a certain balance? With​ account alerts, you can monitor specific account activity and we’ll notify you when it occurs.


We'll send you alerts for any of the following services:1

  • When a specific check clears your account

  • When an ACH credit or debit transaction occurs in your account

  • When your balance drops below a certain amount

  • When a loan payment is due

  • When a withdrawal from your account exceeds a certain amount

  • and more!

Setting up Account Alerts is simple.


Sign on to your FirstBank Online Banking profile2 and click on Alerts. Select the account you want to set up, select the type of alert and indicate your preferred delivery method (email and/or text). If you want multiple alerts on the same account, simply follow the same process.​​​​​
