As part of our contingency plan, we are:

  • Increasing your ATM and Point of Sale (POS) limits.
  • Taking preventive measures to protect our customers and employees’ health.
  • Administering an economic relief plan for our individual credit customers.
  • Providing you with a wide array of digital channels that will allow you to continue making your daily transactions without visiting the Bank.

    • Limited access to our branches and offices and proactively closing two location, Pinecrest Branch and Waterford Offices which are vital to our business continuity.
    • All Saturday branches are currently closed.
    • Reduced lobby hours at all branches until 1:00pm and by appointment only until closing.
