Follow these steps to migrate to the new platform.

  1. Log in to our new platform with your current username and password and accept the Terms and Conditions.

    Note: Once you enter your username and click "continue", the platform will display a random security image. This image is not associated with the one you previously selected in Online Banking.
  2. Update your personal information and select the type of account you wish to register with. Press the link and download the PDF document to obtain a code. Enter it in the space provided.
  3. Confirm your personal information and you will receive a temporary password by email.
  4. Log in again using your username and temporary password, then create a new password and confirm it. Complete the security settings, which include a security image, a secret question and answer and a personal identification number (PIN).

    Note: The platform will continue to display a random security image which is not associated with the one you previously selected. You will need to select a new security image.
  5. Access the new Digital Banking platform with your new password and PIN, and start enjoying the new features.
