After that, your APR will be from 13.25% to 23.25%, based on your creditworthiness at the time you opened your account. The introductory APR of 1.99% in balance transfers is for a term of 6 statement closing dates after opening your account. The APR for Cash Advances will be from 17.75% to 24.75%, based on your creditworthiness at the time you opened your account. These APRs may vary with the market, based on the Prime Rate. Penalty APR of 29.99%. $0 Intro fee for 12 months, then $50. Minimum Interest Charge: if you are charged interest, the charge will be no less than $1.50. Balance Transfers, Cash Advance and Convenience Checks: 2% of the amount of each transaction, with $2.00 minimum and $10.00 maximum for each one. Foreign transaction fee will be of 1.40% of each transaction in US dollars for Mastercard. This fee will be assessed in addition to any other applicable fee.
