Enhanced security for your peace of mind

Digital Banking incorporates an enhanced authentication process to keep
your personal information safe at all times.

Username and Password

You will need to establish a unique username and a password consisting of a minimum of 8 characters with at least one upper and lowercase letter, a number and a symbol.

Security Image

Select one of the images provided that will identify you as a user every time you access your account. This image serves to make sure you are in the official Digital Banking site.

Question and Secret Answer

Create a security question and a secret answer in case you need to retrieve your account access or to confirm any changes to your personal information.

Personal Identification Number (PIN)

Create a PIN to secure your account. The PIN might be required to perform certain monetary transactions. The PIN cannot start with a zero and must contain from 4 to 6 digits.

Biometric Authentication

Access your account information using Touch Id or Face Id recognition on compatible mobile devices.

Temporary Transfer's Code

For your peace of mind and security, each transfer to another person will have to be validated by entering a temporary transfer's code.
