Make your mortgage process faster

  2. You will be redirected to FirstBank’s My Mortgage Online to complete your application.
  3. Choose the product and offer you want.
  4. If you wish, you may request your credit report.
  1. Complete and send the application. You will receive a delivery confirmation by email.
  2. An Officer will analyze your application and contact you within 24 hours.

Application Process

After registering, the mortgage process is as follows.

  1. Web CenterAccess your page, where you will be able to send and receive documents, see your loan status, and contact our specialists.
  2. Required Documents Read, review, and sign the loan origination documents and initial disclosures that you will receive by email.
  3. Initial Payments Issue the payments for appraisal, survey, and title search fees to continue. This money will be credited when closing your loan.
  1. Property Inspection The appraiser will make an appointment to inspect the property. Once the inspection is complete, the Bank will receive the appraisal and survey.
  2. Specialist AnalysisThe specialist will review all documents and follow up on any pending documentation.
  3. Send to Credit Committee for Approval The application will be submitted once it is complete. Remember that the committee may request additional documentation.

Loan Closing

What to do after your application is approved.
  1. Closing Department Your loan will go to a closing officer, who will do a final revision, prepare the documents, and coordinate with all parties involved.
  2. Closing Disclosure You will receive a document detailing the loan terms, closing expenses, and closing cost contributions (if applicable). Make sure to clarify any doubts with your officer.
  1. Closing After reviewing and accepting the terms and conditions, you will be able to arrange the closing three days after receiving the Closing Disclosure.
