E-statements and Notifications

Activate and customize your notifications and alerts to stay informed and in control. Choose the type of alert and how you wish to receive it.

Account Balance Alerts

Receive alerts when your account balance is under or over the limits you establish. Set up the frequency in which you want to receive your alerts, and if you would like to receive them by email or as push notifications directly to your mobile device. You can assign different alerts for each account.


Account Transaction Alerts

Receive a notification for every payment, transfer or deposit you make through the Digital Banking platform. Select the parameters for the alerts and how you want to receive them. You can assign different alerts to different accounts.


e-Statements

You may activate a notification to receive an email message when your monthly checking or savings account statements become available online. You must be enrolled in the e-Statements service to activate your alerts.

You may only set up notifications and alerts through Digital Banking’s desktop version.
