We are transitioning to a new and improved online banking platform. Now, you will have access to more functionalities and increased security anytime, anywhere. Update your information and start enjoying the benefits that our new Digital Banking platform has to offer.

Follow these steps to update your information


  1. On Saturday, March 23rd, you will receive an email from digitalbanking@1firstbank.com with a temporary password.
  2. Log in to the new Digital Banking platform using the same username from your current Online Banking platform and the temporary password provided in the email.
  3. Digital Banking will ask you to complete the following security parameters:
    1. Create a new password. Password must contain a minimun of 8 characters with at least one upper and lower case letter, a number and a symbol (e.g. !@#$%^&*,.)
    2. Select an image that will identify your username
    3. Create a security question and answer
    4. Create a PIN number. The PIN cannot start with a zero and must contain from 4 to 6 digits.
  4. Then you will be asked to accept the terms and conditions.
  5. You are now ready to access the new Digital Banking platform with your username, new password and PIN.
  6. Once registered, download the new Mobile App:
