The automated system has been changed, taking into consideration your convenience and safety. To register, just follow the Telephone Banking menu options. You'll need the following information at hand:

• At least one account number
• Social Security number
• Date of birth

Once you enter this information, you will be able to choose a 6 to 10 digit user number, as well as a secret 4-digit PIN number. Once you finish, you are ready to use the Telephone Banking system.

The user number you choose must be of from 6 to 10 digits long. You should use an easy number to remember. However, for security purposes, we do not recommend to use phone numbers, social security numbers or date of birth

Telephone Banking allows you to access the same accounts you can access through Online Banking and Mobile Banking.

For the moment, our Telephone Banking bill payment service is available only in Puerto Rico.
