What can I use as a user number?The user number you choose must be of from 6 to 10 digits long. You should use an easy number to remember. However, for security purposes, we do not recommend to use phone numbers, social security numbers or date of birth Which accounts can I access through Telephone Banking?Telephone Banking allows you to access the same accounts you can access through Online Banking and Mobile Banking. Can I make payments through Telephone Banking with a Virgin Islands account?For the moment, our Telephone Banking bill payment service is available only in Puerto Rico.
