When an ACH credit or debit transaction occurs in your account
When your balance drops below a certain amount
When a loan payment is due
When a withdrawal from your account exceeds a certain amount
Setting up Account Alerts is simple.
Sign on to your FirstBank Online Banking profile2 and click on Alerts. Select the account you want to set up, select the type of alert and indicate your preferred delivery method (email and/or text). If you want multiple alerts on the same account, simply follow the same process.
